Payment
Payment by valid VISA or Mastercard must be received and authorized by Furochic™ before an order may be processed. Payment may be made through the shopping cart or by telephone.
Order Confirmation
Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Order will be shipped within 48 hours unless a product is back ordered and in this case you will be contacted directly with an estimated delivery. Any changes to orders or cancellations must be received by Furochic™ within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping and handling are additional (see shipping page for rates). Shipments are sent by Canada Post and delivery times are approximate. Furochic™ is not responsible for late shipments. Damaged goods or short orders must be reported to Furochic™ within 21 days from shipping date. Orders must be returned before a new order will be shipped. Furochic™ will pay for shipping costs for replacing damaged goods and short orders. If customer is dissatisfied with order, Furochic™ will refund the order excluding shipping costs once the order has been returned. Sale merchandise may not be returned and is considered final sale.
Privacy
Furochic™ respects your privacy and any personal information will remain confidential, will not be shared and will only be used for the purpose of shopping with Furochic™.
Currency & taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. You will see the transaction in your currency on your credit card statement. There are no Taxes applied for U.S. and International orders, GST will be charged for all Canadian orders and GST and PST will be charged for orders in BC.
